Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Aeroniti handles personal information when you visit our website or send us an enquiry.
Effective date: 11 July 2026
Aeroniti (“Aeroniti”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to aeroniti.com and the contact and enquiry features available through the website.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, industry, area of interest, and the message or project information you choose to provide.
Technical and security information
Our server may receive standard request information such as browser type, user agent, request time, and network address. The contact system stores a one-way cryptographic hash of the requesting IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention; it does not intentionally store the raw IP address in the contact database.
Please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, health information, biometric data, export-controlled material, or other sensitive or confidential information through the general contact form.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- receive, review, and respond to enquiries;
- understand mission, product, integration, and service requirements;
- arrange demonstrations, technical discussions, pilots, or commercial follow-up;
- protect the website against spam, abuse, and security incidents;
- maintain business records and comply with legal obligations; and
- improve our products, services, and website using aggregated or de-identified insights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated advertising.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process information for lawful purposes connected with responding to your voluntary request, taking steps toward a potential business relationship, operating and securing the website, and meeting applicable legal obligations. By submitting the form, you ask us to use the information for these purposes and to contact you about the enquiry.
4. Storage and retention
Contact submissions are stored in an access-restricted SQLite database on our application infrastructure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We periodically review records and may delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.
5. Email notifications and service providers
Contact submissions may generate an email notification through Gmail SMTP. This means relevant enquiry data may be processed by Google as an email service provider. Hosting, infrastructure, security, and professional service providers may also process limited information on our behalf where needed to operate the website or respond to you. We expect providers to handle information for authorised purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
Some providers may process data outside your state or country. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers and transfer mechanisms consistent with applicable law.
6. Cookies and analytics
At the effective date of this policy, this website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. Essential technical data may still be processed by the browser, hosting platform, or server to deliver and secure the website. If we add analytics, advertising, or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting, restricted database permissions, and protected environment variables. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and its commencement, you may ask to access, correct, update, erase, or obtain information about the processing of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend claims.
Send privacy requests to info@aeroniti.com. Please use the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request clearly.
9. Children
This business website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from anyone under 18 through the contact form. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion.
10. External links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Aeroniti is not responsible for those practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, processing practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted where appropriate.
12. Applicable privacy framework
We intend to handle digital personal data consistently with applicable Indian law, including provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as and when they come into force. Official materials are available from India Code and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
13. Contact
