Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of the Aeroniti website and its enquiry features.
Effective date: 11 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to aeroniti.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About this website
The website provides general information about Aeroniti, Aeroniti Autonomy Suite, Aeroniti Command One, Aeroniti SkyCore UAV Platform, configured drone variants, engineering services, and related autonomy capabilities.
Website content is informational. It is not a binding technical specification, quotation, warranty, certification, offer, or commitment to supply any product or service.
2. Product information and availability
Autonomy systems, unmanned aircraft, sensors, software, range, endurance, payload, communication, AI performance, and mission outcomes depend on configuration, environment, integration, testing, operator practice, and regulatory approval. Images, videos, simulations, interfaces, specifications, and use cases may illustrate concepts, prototypes, development configurations, or representative capabilities.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue content, features, configurations, and stated availability without notice. Final scope, performance criteria, pricing, delivery, support, warranties, and acceptance terms must be agreed in a separate written contract.
3. No aviation, safety, or regulatory authorisation
Nothing on this website authorises flight, autonomous operation, surveillance, payload delivery, radio use, data collection, or operation in restricted environments. Users and operators are responsible for obtaining required permissions, registrations, licences, insurance, spectrum authority, site consent, and regulatory approvals.
Autonomous and AI-assisted systems require qualified supervision, risk assessment, testing, maintenance, and compliance with operating manuals and applicable law. Do not rely on website content as aviation, engineering, legal, safety, or emergency-response advice.
4. Permitted use
You may view and use the website for legitimate informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database, accounts, or connected systems;
- interfere with availability, security, rate limits, or normal operation;
- introduce malicious code, scrape the website excessively, or conduct automated probing without written permission;
- submit false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading information;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for an organisation;
- copy, reverse engineer, or use website materials to misrepresent an Aeroniti product or affiliation; or
- use the website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
5. Enquiries and communications
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submission does not create a customer, partnership, agency, employment, confidentiality, or contractual relationship.
Do not send trade secrets or confidential, classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive, or proprietary information unless Aeroniti has first agreed in writing to receive it under appropriate confidentiality terms. General enquiries are handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, branding, product names, interface designs, graphics, videos, images, software presentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Aeroniti and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No licence or ownership right is granted except the limited right to access the website under these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, remove attribution from, or create derivative works from protected materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits.
7. Third-party materials and links
References to third-party platforms, components, standards, software, or trademarks—including flight controllers, computing platforms, communication protocols, and email or hosting services—are for identification and compatibility context. Their owners retain their respective rights. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms, and Aeroniti does not control or endorse them unless expressly stated.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Aeroniti does not warrant that website content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular mission or purpose. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeroniti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the website, including loss of data, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or operational availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict or block access, reject submissions, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable action where we believe use is abusive, unlawful, insecure, or inconsistent with these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights or forum requirements that apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the website or our business changes. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. General provisions
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the agreement governing use of this website, but do not replace a separately signed agreement for Aeroniti products or services.
