How the drone is assembled.

Airframe and propulsion system

The frame, motors, ESCs, propellers, battery, and power distribution system provide the flight platform.

Flight controller layer

Pixhawk 6C running ArduPilot manages stabilization, motor control, GPS navigation, flight modes, failsafes, geofence, and return-to-launch.

Communication layer

Telemetry radio connects the drone to Aeroniti Command One ground controller for mission commands and live telemetry.

AI compute layer

Jetson Orin Nano is installed onboard as the AI brain. It reads cameras, LiDAR, thermal data, mission state, and telemetry.

Sensor layer

Depth camera measures distance, 360 LiDAR detects surrounding obstacles, thermal camera identifies heat signatures, and RGB/AI camera supports visual detection.

Video layer

High-range video Wi-Fi system transmits live high-quality video to the ground controller.

Payload layer

Optional gripper or payload hardware enables pickup, drop, delivery, retrieval, and field interaction tasks.

Safety layer

ArduPilot handles core flight safety. Human operator can monitor and override from the ground controller.

Operator creates or selects mission

Mission data is prepared on the ground controller.

Takeoff happens under safe flight control.

The system detects objects, humans, intruders, animals, heat signatures, obstacles, or target payloads.

Onboard computer calculates intent

AI evaluates decisions and safe movement intent.

MAVLink commands are sent

Commands are sent to Pixhawk 6C for safe execution.

ArduPilot executes behavior safely

The flight controller manages stabilization, motor control, failsafes, RTL, and geofence.

Live video and telemetry return

Command One receives mission video and flight data.

Operator supervises

The operator can pause, change, or override the mission when required.
